Oberon Books is the UK's most exciting independent publisher specialising in theatre, drama and the performing arts. We are a prolific publisher with a reputation for publishing some of the most challenging, exciting drama happening right now, as well as a wide range of handsomely produced publications covering the theatre, opera, dance, biography, performance studies, monologues, practical guides and fiction.
Plays can be emailed to one of our editors, via the Oberon website, or sent by post. Proposals for trade and professional titles (i.e. book proposals, not including plays) should consist of a summary of your book, a concise description of the book, an outline of your rationale, approach, main themes and objectives, a table of contents, estimated word count, and a sample chapter. Please also include your thoughts on potential markets for your title.
